What is your policy for late payments?

A late fee of 1.5% will be charged each month your payment is delayed. Weekly reminders will be sent to you after your invoice has gone past due.

If no payment is received customers agree that they are obligated to our collections policy per our Terms and Conditions of Sale of sale which reads:

“In the event any third parties are employed to collect any outstanding unpaid invoiced amounts owed to the Seller by Buyer, Buyer agrees to pay to Seller reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, whether or not litigation has commenced, and all costs of litigation incurred by Seller.”
