Open the Messana App and once logged in, navigate to the Main Menu by clicking on the burger icon in the top-left corner. Select Settings, followed by Network.

At the top, you’ll see device information including the name that identifies your mBox on the home network and the MAC address, a unique identifier for any network device.

Under IP Address Configuration, you can set how the mBox’s IP address is assigned:
- DHCP (default): This method is the simplest way to connect your mBox to the network. It allows your router to automatically assign the IP address and network parameters to the mBox. The assigned parameters, including the IP address, are displayed in the “Network Settings” section and can’t be altered.
- Manual (for advanced users): This option enables you to modify the Network Settings section, allowing you to manually set the IP address and other network parameters.
