The mBox communicates with the Messana Cloud Server through UDP port 1194 and TCP port 443. Please ensure these ports are open in your router’s firewall.
Routers typically do not block outgoing connections, including:
- TCP port 443 that is the standard port for HTTPS traffic, which is used on the internet for secure communication.
- UDP port 1194 that is the default port used by OpenVPN, a popular VPN protocol.
