What happens if the internal miniPC in the mBox fails? Does the mBox have a back up system?

Redundant Server Backup

Every system is based on a database containing all user settings, system parameters, configurations, and runtime data. We perform a daily 100% complete database backup for each system. This ensures that all critical data is securely stored on a redundant server.

Latest Backup Restoration

In the event of a miniPC failure, a new miniPC can be reprogrammed using the latest backup. This backup is an exact copy of the system at the time of the last backup. This allows the system to be quickly restored to its full functionality.

By leveraging these backup measures, we can ensure that the system can be rapidly brought back to normal operation even in the event of a miniPC failure, minimizing any disruption to the user.

In case of any technical issues, these backups can be restored remotely by Messana’s technical support team. In the event of a system failure and the need to restore a backup, please open a support case.
