In the event that your home network loses internet connectivity, remote access to your system (from outside your home network) will not be possible until the internet connection is restored.
Despite this, you can continue to manage your system locally using the Messana App on a device that’s either connected directly via Ethernet or via Wi-Fi to your home network. For further clarification, please refer to our article, “How to check and change the Network Settings of the mBox”
If connection issues persist on the home network, there could be a problem with your home router or with the mBox network settings. In these situations, you can still manage your Messana system using the Messana App on your smartphone via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity.
