Mechanical room for four-pipe geothermal hydronic system.
Mechanical room for a geothermal hydronic system that delivers heating and cooling via Ray Magic® NK radiant ceiling panels and Jaga hydronic fan coils.

A behind-the-scenes look at our latest project in Camden, Maine – a 7,900 sqft masterpiece!

The extraordinary home spans three levels and boasts 19 zones. It’s powered by two geothermal heat pumps, delivering hydronic heating and cooling through Ray Magic® NK radiant ceiling panels and Jaga hydronic fan coils (all managed via Messana Controls).

This home utilizes a four-pipe system with dedicated hot and cold water tanks, allowing for independent operation of the two macrozones for heating or cooling. Plus, we’ve integrated NTI boilers for reliable domestic hot water production and backup heating.

The home also features an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) for top-notch air quality. And for winter comfort, we’ve added two humidifiers, while a single dehumidifier keeps things comfortable during the summer.

Key components of this system include:

  • Water Furnace geothermal heat pumps
  • NTI boilers
  • Heat-Flo buffer tanks
  • Heat-Flo indirect domestic hot water tank
  • Belimo mixing and diverting valves
  • Grundfos pumps
  • Jaga fan coils
  • Zehnder ERV
  • Axiom system feeder
