This 6,976 sqft home in Palo Alto, CA, features three floors plus an ADU, with a complete hydronic heating and cooling system designed by Monterey Energy Group and managed by Messana Controls. Three Viessmann heat pumps, one serving each floor, generate heated and chilled water for a combination of radiant floor heating and cooling and Jaga hydronic fan coils.

The first floor utilizes a radiant floor for heating and cooling, as well as supplementary fan coil units. The second floor is conditioned with Jaga Astra Beam and Clima Canal fan coil units, while the basement uses a radiant floor for heating only, and fan coils for cooling.
