Here’s a look inside the finished mechanical room behind this Ripcord Engineering x Mid-Coast Energy Systems project in South Bristol, Maine!

This three-story, 7,000 sqft home features a sophisticated 11-zone hydronic system powered by two geothermal heat pumps. Messana Controls will manage heating and cooling throughout the home via a radiant ceiling, radiant floor, and Jaga Astrabeam hydronic fan coils, all working together as one integrated system.

To round it out, a Zehnder ERV helps support healthy indoor air quality and year-round comfort.
