We recently had the chance to check out an exciting new Ripcord Engineering project in South Bristol, Maine!
This 7,000 sqft, three-story home is being outfitted with a complex hydronic HVAC system powered by two geothermal heat pumps. The system will deliver both heating and cooling through radiant ceilings, radiant floors, and Jaga Astrabeam hydronic fan coils across 11 zones. To further enhance comfort and indoor air quality, a Zehnder ERV is being seamlessly integrated and managed by Messana Controls.
A big shoutout to the Mid-Coast Energy Systems team for their outstanding work on this install!
