To further enhance comfort, a Zehnder ERV is integrated to maintain top-tier indoor air quality.
This 6,976 sqft home in Palo Alto, CA, features three floors plus an ADU, with a complete hydronic heating and cooling system designed by Monterey Energy Group and managed by Messana Controls. Three Viessmann heat pumps, one serving each floor, generate heated and chilled water for a combination of radiant floor heating and cooling and Jaga hydronic fan coils.
