This home and guest house rely on Messana Controls and Ray Magic® radiant ceiling panels for heating and cooling! The system utilizes a single 5-ton SpacePak heat pump to generate the hot and cold water used within our radiant ceiling panels.

This 4,929 sqft home, designed by Integrated Design, includes 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a game room, and an office. A Ray Magic NK radiant ceiling system will provide heating and cooling throughout the home, and a Jaga Briza 22 fan coil will offer supplemental heating and cooling for the great room.
