The Messana mBox: The brain of the most complex hydronic systems.
Here’s a little mechanical room teaser from a system we started up this week in Laguna Beach, California!
This luxury home utilizes Messana mControls to manage a complex hydronic system that is comprised of a radiant floor for heating and fan coils for heating and cooling! Additionally, mControls manages mechanical ventilation with a zoning system that can open and close specific zone dampeners to deliver optimal comfort exactly where it is desired.
Next week we’ll be showing off the rest of the photos of this stunning mechanical room along with all of the details about this hydronic system!
Installer: @adrianlzo and the team at Mayo Mechanical.
This 6,976 sqft home in Palo Alto, CA, features three floors plus an ADU, with a complete hydronic heating and cooling system designed by Monterey Energy Group and managed by Messana Controls. Three Viessmann heat pumps, one serving each floor, generate heated and chilled water for a combination of radiant floor heating and cooling and Jaga hydronic fan coils.
This three-story, 7,000 sqft home features a sophisticated 11-zone hydronic system powered by two geothermal heat pumps. Messana Controls will manage heating and cooling throughout the home via a radiant ceiling, radiant floor, and Jaga Astrabeam hydronic fan coils, all working together as one integrated system.
