The 7,200 sqft residence utilizes a radiant ceiling, radiant floor (electric and hydronic), and hydronic fan coils, all managed with Messana Controls!
For heating, the hydronic system utilizes two HTP boilers, one for a high-temperature radiant floor system, and another for a low-temperature radiant ceiling system. For cooling, a Samsung chiller provides chilled water for the radiant ceiling and hydronic fan coils. Additionally, a Samsung heat pump provides chilled water for cooling in the AV equipment room.
