We’re excited to share these epic mechanical room photos courtesy of the team at Construction Plumbing, located in Santa Barbara, CA!

This 7,800 sqft home will utilize a boiler and three SpacePak air-to-water heat pumps to generate heated and chilled water for hydronic heating and cooling. Managed by Messana Controls, the boiler will produce heated water for the home’s radiant floor system, while the heat pumps provide chilled water for the Jaga Briza 22 and Clima Canal hydronic fan coils.
