Powered by a geothermal heat pump and managed via Messana Controls, this residence offers both heating and cooling through radiant floors and Jaga fan coils.
Our innovative controls intelligently adjust the supply water temperature, ensuring that the radiant surfaces stay above the dew point to avoid condensation in cooling. Plus, when humidity becomes a concern, Jaga hydronic fan coils step in, operating at a low fan speed while running cold water through the hydronic coil to provide dehumidification.
