mBox and mZone Installed

We recently visited one of our projects in Portola Valley, California, where we came across this remarkable-looking mechanical room installed by @hydro_tech510 and the team at Skaates Inc.

Managed via Messana mControls, this home utilizes two SpacePak heat pumps to produce hot and cold water to provide heating and cooling via a Ray Magic^® radiant ceiling and two ducted hydronic fan coils.

Additionally, to provide mechanical ventilation and neutral temperature dehumidification, this home also utilizes two Messana Air Treatment Units (ATUs)!

Key components of this hydronic system include:

• SpacePak heat pumps, buffer tank, and fan coil
• Aermec fan coil
• Grundfos pumps
• Webstone valves
• Belimo mixing valve
