Active House Alliance Awards

We are thrilled that one of our projects was nominated for the Active House Alliance 10th Anniversary Awards!

This home in Cutchogue, New York, uses the Messana mControls platform to manage a complex hydronic system with radiant floor heating, cooling supplemented with Jaga Briza fan coils, and a complete Messana air treatment system (HRV, ATU, and NTD)!

The home was nominated under the Best Design Foresight (Built) category! The overall winners of the Awards will be announced on October 21st, we hope to be able to share an update then!

The project team includes: build by Bensonwood, design by Lake|Flato Architects, Ripcord Engineering (Sonia Barrantes and Jacob Staub), Grundfos, and Jaga.
